Behavioral Support Partnership is expanding and seeks experienced, compassionate and highly skilled professionals in the field of behavior analysis. Individuals with experience in early intervention, working with children with autism and parent training consultation are encouraged to apply. At this time, we are recruiting both full-time and part-time Behavior Therapists.

Behavior Therapist

Therapists provide 1:1 direct instruction with children in the family home and/or community. Interventions are evidence-based and focus on Pivotal Response Treatment and other ABA teaching techniques.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education or related field and at least two years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and Applied Behavior Analysis. One year of experience working with children under the age of six is preferred.

Parent Training Consultant

Parent Training Consultants teach ABA principles and strategies to parents in order to successfully carry out intervention programs with their children during the normal routines of daily life.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education or related field and at least two years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and Applied Behavior Analysis.  The Applicant should have at least one year of experience designing and implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans and working with individuals with challenging behaviors.  BCBA or BCaBA required.


Case Supervisor

Case Supervisors support and supervise Behavior Therapists working with families in the home.

Interventions are evidence-based and will focus on Pivotal Response Treatment and other ABA teaching techniques.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field and have at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and early intervention. BCBA is required.
