Direct Interventionist

Direct Interventionists provide 1:1 direct instruction with children in the family home and/or BSP Kids clinics. Interventions are evidence-based and focus on Pivotal Response Treatment and other ABA teaching techniques.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education or related field and experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities. Early childhood and Applied Behavior Analysis experience is preferred.

Parent Training Consultant

Parent Training Consultants teach ABA principles and strategies to parents in order to successfully carry out intervention programs with their children during the normal routines of daily life.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education or related field and at least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and Applied Behavior Analysis. The Applicant should have at least one year of experience designing and implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans and working with individuals with challenging behaviors.

Clinical Supervisor/BCBA

Clinical Supervisors support and supervise Behavior Therapists working with families in home and/or BSP Kids clinic. Interventions are evidence-based and will focus on Pivotal Response Treatment and other ABA teaching techniques.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field and have at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities including autism. Experience with Early Start intervention and naturalistic teaching strategies is preferred. The Supervisor must also have experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments and developing and implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans with children with challenging behaviors.

A BCBA is required.
